Science Fair week is here! Science Fair projects are due Jan. 30th. All fourth
graders are required to have a project. Please attend Science Fair night to
see all the projects displayed and the winners announced.
We are still in need of volunteers for our Kiss-o-Gram fundraiser. We need
parents to help sell them during lunch time on Feb. 4, 6, 8, and on Feb.11 - 13th.
We also need more Hershey's kisses (without nuts). Thank you to all of
you who have volunteered and have sent bags of kisses. We appreciate it!
Please encourage your child to study their multiplication facts daily. Their
nightly reading log should be given to you after they have read
25 minutes daily for your signature. Please ask them for it if they neglect to
have you sign it. It is very important that they read daily. In reading, please remind
your child to prove all their answers with evidence as they answer questions they
have read in stories or passages. During these next few weeks additional revising and
editing, stories, or passages may be sent home targeting various skills that need
to be revisited. Compositions that weren't finished in class will be sent home
when necessary.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
Have a wonderful week!
